1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the PawPulse online store and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. We trade in South African Rand (ZAR) and all prices include VAT.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after payment we will contact you and refund the affected line in full.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in ZAR and may change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed. Payments are processed by our hosted payment partners; PawPulse never stores your card details.
4. Product use and safety
Our gear is designed for dogs but no product is indestructible. Always supervise your dog with toys and chews, inspect items regularly and replace anything that is damaged. Chew-resistance ratings are guidance, not a guarantee.
5. Warranty
Products carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty. Normal wear, chewing damage beyond the rated use case and misuse are excluded.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, PawPulse's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
