Change of mind
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@pawpulse.co.za with a photo within 7 days. We arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or full refund including delivery.
The chew test
Tried a toy and your dog destroyed it faster than its chew-resistance rating suggests? Tell us within 30 days and we will replace it once with a tougher alternative, free of charge.
How to start a return
Email hello@pawpulse.co.za with your order reference and the items involved. We reply with a returns number and collection instructions within one business day.
Refund timelines
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a further 2-5 days to reflect it.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, used grooming items, opened treats and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
