Courier partners: door-to-door across South Africa
Rates
Local delivery within our home province is R65.00. National delivery to all other provinces is R115.00. Delivery is free on every order of R850.00 or more, anywhere in South Africa.
Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Local deliveries typically arrive in 2-3 working days and national deliveries in 3-5 working days. Outlying areas may add 1-2 days.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery fee may apply.
