1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us at checkout: name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. We also collect order history and basic technical data such as your browser type.
2. Why we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, handle returns, and prevent fraud.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with our payment providers to authorise your payment, our email provider to send transactional messages, and our courier partners to deliver your parcel. We never sell your data.
4. Card details
Card data is entered on our payment partners' hosted pages and is never transmitted to or stored on PawPulse systems.
5. Retention
Order records are retained for five years to meet South African tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights under POPIA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@pawpulse.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart between visits. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
